cucumber, diced2-4
tomato, diced1 bag
frozen corn, rince until thawed1 bunch
basil, chopped½
lemon’s worth of juiceto taste
salt and pepper
Ingredients
Combine all ingredients and toss until mixed. Add black beans (rinsed) if desired.
